Even though losing weight is not the focus of this diet, you can definitely lose a few pounds through the strong reduction in sugar and carbohydrates.

Studies on the candida diet

Even though the concept already has numerous enthusiastic followers, there is currently no scientific evidence that the diet has positive effects on the body and weight. Experts advise not to carry out the candida diet for too long. Since the nutritional plan is very much reduced, there is a risk of a lack of trace elements and vitamins.
